How long does production take?

We generally have a certain stock of rims, tires, sprockets, brake discs, adapters and black spacers .

However, since we offer many models, sizes and colors, not every variant is always in stock .

If your product is in stock , it will be shipped immediately on the same or the next working day.

In this case, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email.

If your product is not in stock , it will be produced individually for you.

This applies exclusively to our SM WORKS branded products , i.e.:

- Wheel sets & wheel spare parts (hubs, spokes, nipples, rim rings)

-Sprockets in all sizes

-Brake discs & brake caliper adapters

-Black & colored spacers

All other products (e.g. accessories, tires, tools, etc.) are usually available immediately and will be shipped promptly.

Current guideline values for SM WORKS products:

-All Black wheel sets: 10–30 working days

-Basic wheel sets: 10–40 working days

-Per wheel set: 10–50 working days

-Sprockets, brake discs & adapters: 10–20 working days

-SM WORKS Parts & Accessories: 3–7 working days

Tip:

For orders including tires and installation, the delivery time may be extended by 1-2 working days, depending on the order volume.
