1. I ordered my rims but haven't received a confirmation – has everything arrived?
Once your payment is received, your order will go directly into custom production. You will not receive a separate production confirmation. The next email will only be sent when your order is ready to ship – including tracking information.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping is carried out by the Austrian Post:
– Within Austria: 1–3 working days
– International: 3–7 working days
We ship with care and high-quality packaging – tracking included.
3. Is pickup possible?
Pickup is currently not possible , as we rely on an internal, logistics-optimized system. Exceptions are only possible in very rare cases and after individual consultation. However, we are planning to open our own store!
4. I have a question about my order – where should I send it?
Please only write by email to support@smworks.at .
Instagram is used exclusively for marketing purposes and is not intended for support requests. You won't receive answers to questions about orders or issues there.
5. What about cooperation?
Please also send cooperation requests by email.
Prerequisite: relevant reach & real added value for both sides.
– Cooperation orders = 100% prepayment
– Material sponsorship (100%) only with appropriate reach
– Cooperation partners receive a discount code for their community
– The code is checked regularly – if the code is inactive, we reserve the right to reclaim provided products.
– Refund upon return: excluded
6. Can I share the report?
No , sharing is prohibited.
Every email containing an expert opinion includes a legal confidentiality notice.
7. What should I do if the delivery is damaged?
All rims are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Damage during transport is rare, but not impossible – we therefore clearly mark the packages. Should anything arrive damaged, please notify us immediately by email with photos .
8. Assembly – what do I need to consider?
– Installation only according to manufacturer’s specifications or by a specialist workshop
– Before every ride: check screws, spokes & rims for damage
– Observe all tightening torques as for OEM parts
– Brake discs, chain wheels & adapters : install with threadlocker or safety wire + torque !
– We accept no liability for improper installation or incorrect use.
9. How do I properly care for my rims?
– Clean only with microfiber cloth & water (neutral pH value)
– Do not use aggressive cleaners
– Chain grease? → Remove with brake cleaner (a little, on a cloth – not directly on the rim), wipe with water
– Then wipe dry to avoid water stains
– Continuous UV exposure may cause color fading – Cover recommended when not in use
