BETA SM-PRO RIM SET

Two-tone rim rings in a 50/50 design – that is the SM-PRO look. You choose the hubs and spoke nipples in your preferred colors to match. The 17-inch wheel set is built to order, tailored to your motorcycle model and year of manufacture.

The rim set comes without tires. In the configurator, you can optionally add tires – including mounting, heavy-duty tube or tubeless setup, and balancing. Brake discs, brake caliper adapters, and sprockets are also available to match.

Weight: approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg for the complete set without tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR BIKE

Please provide the exact model and year of manufacture. If you have modified the fork, swingarm, axles, or braking system, please discuss the specifications with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. The product images show sample configurations – the version delivered will be specific to your motorcycle.

SM WORKS TÜV DOCUMENTATION

Your wheel set comes with the technical documentation you need for certification or registration – and in special cases, for individual approval. This includes material and strength certificates, metallurgical test reports, load ratings, and model overviews.

The testing agency decides whether the parts will be registered. It is best to discuss your modification with them in advance. More on this under Registration & TÜV Documentation.

INSTALLATION

Install the wheel set professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). After the first few kilometers, check spoke tension and runout. You can find tips under Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your wheel set is custom-built for you after your order is placed. The production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and complete configuration. In case of unusually high demand, it may take longer – if this happens, we will notify you. Tire mounting may add up to a week, plus shipping time.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheel set, yours will be prioritized in production and shipped within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. All details under Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Each wheel set is built individually for you according to your specifications regarding motorcycle, year of manufacture, sizes, and colors. As a custom product made to customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG. Your statutory warranty rights naturally remain unaffected. Road legality depends on the vehicle, country, and official registration.
