BETA SM-PRO PERFORMANCE SET

The complete supermoto setup in one order: SM-PRO wheel set with two-tone 50/50 design rim rings, hubs and spoke nipples in your desired colors, mounted tires, and the complete SM-PRO KIT. Everything is built and coordinated to match your motorcycle model and year after your order is placed.

The tire set is included in the package and comes pre-mounted. You only choose the tire brand, whether you want a heavy-duty tube or tubeless, and whether you would like them balanced.

INCLUDES SM-PRO KIT

All four parts, coordinated for your motorcycle:

• SM WORKS RACING front brake disc, 320 mm
• Brake caliper adapter – allows you to use the 320 mm disc with your original brake caliper
• SM WORKS Two-Face sprocket – in your desired color, with 44, 45, 48, 50, 51, or 52 teeth
• Rear brake disc – 220, 240, or 245 mm, depending on what your motorcycle requires

You select the colors and number of teeth directly in the configurator.

Front: 17 x 3.50 – Tire 120/70
Rear: 17 x 4.25 – Tire 150/60
Rear: 17 x 4.50 – Tire 150/60
Rear: 17 x 5.00 – Tire 160/60

You can see which widths are available for your model directly during selection. The correct tire size for the chosen rim width is already taken into account.

Weight: The wheel set itself weighs approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg excluding tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

FITTING YOUR BIKE

Please provide your model and year of manufacture in full. If you have made modifications to the fork, swingarm, axles, or brake system, please consult with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. Product images show example configurations – you will receive the version for your specific motorcycle.

SM WORKS TÜV FOLDER

With your wheel set, you will receive the technical documents needed for registration/homologation – in special cases, also for individual approval. These include, among other things, material and strength certifications, metallurgical test reports, load ratings, and model overviews.

The inspection authority decides whether the parts will be registered. It is best to discuss your conversion with them in advance. More on this under Registration & TÜV Folder.

INSTALLATION

Install wheels, brake discs, adapters, and the sprocket professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). Break in new tires and brake discs carefully and check air pressure, spoke tension, and wheel runout after the first few kilometers. You can find tips under Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your set is built for you after your order is placed. The production time is up to 50 working days after receipt of payment and complete configuration. In case of unusually high demand, it may take longer – we will contact you if this happens. Tire mounting can add up to one week, and shipping time is additional.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheel set, yours will be prioritized in production and shipped within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. All details under Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Each set is built individually according to your specifications for motorcycle, year, sizes, colors, tires, and gearing. As a custom order made to customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 Z 3 FAGG. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Road legality depends on the vehicle, country, and official registration.
