GASGAS ALL-BLACK RIM SET

Rim rings, hubs, spokes, and nipples all in black – clean, timeless, and a match for any bike. There are intentionally no colors to choose from here, just the rim size suited to your motorcycle. The 17-inch wheelset is built to order based on your motorcycle model and year of manufacture. If you prefer your own color combination, take a look at SM-BASIC and SM-PRO.

The wheelset comes without tires. In the configurator, you can optionally add tires – including mounting, heavy-duty tube or tubeless, and balancing. Brake discs, brake caliper adapters, and sprockets are also available to match.

Weight: approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg for the complete set without tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

SUITABLE FOR YOUR BIKE

Please provide the full model and year of manufacture. If you have modified the fork, swingarm, axles, or braking system, please discuss the configuration with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. The product images show example configurations – you will receive the version for your specific motorcycle.

SM WORKS TÜV FOLDER

Your wheelset comes with the technical documentation you need for registration or homologation – in special cases, also for an individual acceptance test. Included are material and strength certificates, metallurgical test reports, load capacity data, and model overviews, among others.

The testing authority decides whether the parts will be registered. It is best to discuss your conversion with them beforehand. More information is available at Registration & TÜV Folder.

ASSEMBLY

Mount the wheelset professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). After the first few kilometers, check spoke tension and run-out. Tips can be found under Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your wheelset is custom-built for you after you place your order. Production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and full configuration. In case of unusually high order volumes, it may take longer – we will contact you if this happens. Tire mounting can add up to one week, plus shipping time.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheelset, yours will get priority in production and ship within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. All details at Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Every wheelset is built individually for you according to your specifications regarding motorcycle, model year, and sizes. As a custom order based on customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 Z 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Act). Your statutory warranty remains unaffected by this, of course. Road legality depends on the vehicle, country, and registration.
