The rim set does not include tires. Tires and other additional components are only included if you specifically add them to your order.

• 4 mm stainless steel spokes – reinforced, with aluminum spoke nipples in your choice of color
• Bearings & seals – already installed in the hubs

Rear: 18 x 1.85, 18 x 2.15, 19 x 1.85, or 19 x 2.15

FITTING YOUR BIKE

Please provide the full model and year. If you have modified your fork, swingarm, axles, or braking system, please discuss the configuration with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. The product images show example configurations – the shape of individual components may vary depending on the model; you will receive the version for your motorcycle.

ASSEMBLY

Install the wheelset professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torque specifications provided by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). Especially for off-road use: check spoke tension and wheel trueness regularly. You can find tips under Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your wheelset is built for you after you place your order. The production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and confirmation of your full configuration. In case of unusually high demand, it may take longer – in which case we will contact you. Shipping time is additional. All details can be found under Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Each wheelset is built individually for you according to your specifications regarding motorcycle model, year, sizes, and colors. As a custom-made product according to customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 No. 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Act). Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Road legality depends on the vehicle, country, and registration requirements.
