HUSQVARNA ALL-BLACK RIM SET

Rim rings, hubs, spokes, and nipples are all in black – clean, timeless, and a perfect match for any bike. There are no colors to choose from here by design, only the rim size to suit your motorcycle. The 17-inch wheel set is built after your order to match your motorcycle model and year. The rim set comes without tires. In the configurator, you can optionally select tires – including mounting, heavy-duty tube or tubeless, and balancing. Brake discs, brake caliper adapters, and sprockets are also available to match.

Weight: approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg for the complete set without tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

MATCHING YOUR BIKE

Provide your model and year completely. If you have modified the fork, swingarm, axles, or brake system, please discuss the configuration with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. The product images show example configurations – you will receive the version tailored to your motorcycle.

SM WORKS TÜV FOLDER

Your wheel set comes with the technical documents you need for type approval or registration – in special cases, even for individual approval. This includes material and strength certificates, metallurgical test reports, load data, and model overviews, among other things.

The inspection authority decides whether the parts will be registered. It is best to discuss your modification with them beforehand. More on this at Registration & TÜV Folder.

ASSEMBLY

Install the wheel set professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). After the first few kilometers, check the spoke tension and runout. You can find tips at Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your wheel set is built for you after your order is placed. The production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and complete configuration. In case of unusually high order volume, it may take longer – if this happens, we will contact you. Tire mounting can add up to a week, and package transit time is also additional.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheel set, yours will be given priority in production and will ship within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. See all details at Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Every wheel set is built individually for you based on your specifications regarding motorcycle, year, and sizes. As a custom product made to customer specifications, it is exempt from the right of withdrawal according to § 18 Para. 1 Z 3 FAGG. Your legal warranty remains unaffected by this. Road legality depends on the vehicle, country, and registration.
