HUSQVARNA SM-PRO RIM SET

Two-tone rim rings in a 50/50 design – that is the SM-PRO look. Choose hubs and spoke nipples in your desired colors to match. The 17-inch wheel set is built after your order to fit your motorcycle model and year of manufacture.

The rim set comes without tires. In the configurator, you can optionally select tires – including mounting, heavy-duty tube or tubeless, and balancing. Brake discs, brake caliper adapters, and sprockets are also available to match.

Weight: approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg for the complete set without tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

TO MATCH YOUR BIKE

Please provide the model and year of manufacture in full. If you have made modifications to the fork, swingarm, axles, or brake system, please discuss the configuration with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. The product images show example configurations – the version for your motorcycle will be delivered.

SM WORKS TÜV FOLDER

With your wheel set, you receive the technical documents required for registration or entry – in special cases, also for individual approval. These include material and strength certifications, metallurgical test reports, load capacity data, and model overviews, among other things.

The testing authority decides whether an entry will be made. It is best to discuss your modification with them beforehand. More on this under Registration & TÜV Folder.

ASSEMBLY

Mount the wheel set professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). Check spoke tension and trueness after the first few kilometers. You can find tips under Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your wheel set is built for you after your order. The production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and complete configuration. In case of unusually high demand, it may take longer – in that case, we will contact you. Tire mounting may add up to one week; package transit time is also additional.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheel set, yours will be prioritized in production and shipped within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. All details under Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Every wheel set is built individually for you according to your specifications regarding motorcycle, year of manufacture, sizes, and colors. As a custom production according to customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 No. 3 FAGG. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this. Admissibility for road use depends on the vehicle, country, and registration.
