HUSQVARNA SM-PRO PERFORMANCE SET

The complete supermoto setup in one order: SM-PRO wheel set with two-tone rim rings in a 50/50 design, hubs and spoke nipples in your choice of colors, mounted tires, and the complete SM-PRO KIT. Everything is built and coordinated to match your motorcycle model and year after your order is placed.

The tire set is included and comes mounted. You simply choose the tire brand, whether you want a heavy-duty inner tube or tubeless, and whether you want them balanced.

INCLUDES SM-PRO KIT

All four parts, tailored to your motorcycle:

• SM WORKS RACING front brake disc, 320 mm
• Brake caliper adapter – allows you to use the 320 mm disc with your original brake caliper
• SM WORKS Two-Face sprocket – in your choice of color, with 44, 45, 48, 50, 51, or 52 teeth
• Rear brake disc – 220, 240, or 245 mm, depending on what your motorcycle requires

You choose the colors and number of teeth directly in the configurator.

Front: 17 x 3.50 – Tire 120/70
Rear: 17 x 4.25 – Tire 150/60
Rear: 17 x 4.50 – Tire 150/60
Rear: 17 x 5.00 – Tire 160/60

You can see which widths are available for your model directly in the selection menu. The appropriate tire size for the chosen rim width is already taken into account.

Weight: The wheel set itself weighs approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg without tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

MATCHING YOUR BIKE

Please provide your model and year of manufacture in full. If you have modified your fork, swingarm, axles, or brake system, please briefly discuss the configuration with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. The product images show example configurations – the version delivered will be the one for your specific motorcycle.

SM WORKS TÜV FOLDER

Your wheel set comes with the technical documentation you need for type approval or registration – in special cases, also for individual certification. This includes material and strength certificates, metallurgical test reports, load ratings, and model overviews, among other things.

The testing authority decides whether registration is granted. It is best to discuss your conversion with them beforehand. More information can be found under Registration & TÜV Folder.

ASSEMBLY

Install the wheels, brake discs, adapters, and sprocket professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). Carefully break in new tires and brake discs and check the air pressure, spoke tension, and run-out after the first few kilometers. You can find tips under Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your set is built for you after your order is placed. The production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and complete configuration. In case of unusually high demand, it may take longer – if this happens, we will notify you. Tire mounting may add up to a week, plus shipping transit time.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheel set, yours will be prioritized in production and shipped within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. All details at Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Each set is built individually for you according to your specifications regarding motorcycle, year, sizes, colors, tires, and gear ratio. As a custom-made product according to customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 Z 3 FAGG. Your statutory warranty remains unaffected. Legal road use depends on the vehicle, country, and registration.
