KTM SM-PRO PERFORMANCE SET

The complete supermoto setup in one order: SM-PRO wheel set with two-tone rim rings in a 50/50 design, hubs and spoke nipples in your choice of colors, mounted tires, and the complete SM-PRO KIT. Everything is built and coordinated to match your motorcycle model and year after your order is placed.

The tire set is included and comes mounted. You simply choose the tire brand, whether you want heavy-duty tubes or tubeless, and if you would like them balanced.

INCLUDES SM-PRO KIT

All four parts, tailored to your motorcycle:

• SM WORKS RACING front brake disc, 320 mm
• Brake caliper adapter – allows you to use the 320 mm disc with your original brake caliper
• SM WORKS Two-Face sprocket – in your choice of color, with 44, 45, 48, 50, 51, or 52 teeth
• Rear brake disc – 220, 240, or 245 mm, depending on what your motorcycle requires

You select colors and number of teeth directly in the configurator.

SIZES & TIRES

Front: 17 x 3.50 – tires 120/70
Rear: 17 x 4.25 – tires 150/60
Rear: 17 x 4.50 – tires 150/60
Rear: 17 x 5.00 – tires 160/60

You can see which widths are available for your model directly during selection. The correct tire size for the chosen rim width is already taken into account.

Weight: The wheel set itself weighs approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg without tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

MATCHING YOUR BIKE

Please provide the complete model and year of manufacture. If you have modified the fork, swingarm, axles, or braking system, please discuss the configuration with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. The product images show example configurations – the version for your motorcycle will be delivered.

SM WORKS TÜV FOLDER

You will receive the technical documents for your wheel set that you need for type approval or registration – in special cases, also for an individual assessment. This includes, among other things, material and strength certificates, metallurgical test reports, load data, and model overviews.

The testing center decides whether registration is granted. It is best to discuss your conversion with them briefly beforehand. More information can be found under Registration & TÜV Folder.

ASSEMBLY

Install the wheels, brake discs, adapters, and sprocket professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). Break in new tires and brake discs carefully and check air pressure, spoke tension, and true after the first few kilometers. Tips can be found under Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your set is built for you after your order is placed. Production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and complete configuration. In case of unusually high demand, it may take longer – if so, we will notify you. Tire mounting can add up to one week, and shipping time is additional.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheel set, yours will be prioritized in production and shipped within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. All details at Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Every set is built individually for you according to your specifications regarding motorcycle, year, sizes, colors, tires, and gear ratio. As a custom order made to customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 Clause 3 FAGG. Your statutory warranty remains unaffected by this. Legality for road use depends on the vehicle, country, and registration.
