Get the SM-BASIC KIT worth €269 for free – and shipping to Austria and Germany is on us. The comparison price of €1,268 corresponds to the individual purchase of the SM-BASIC wheel set (€999) and the SM-BASIC KIT (€269). The kit is already included in the wheel set price for this deal.
The free SM-BASIC KIT: SM WORKS RACING 320 mm front brake disc, brake caliper adapter for your original brake caliper, and SM WORKS Two-Face sprocket in your choice of color and number of teeth. A rear brake disc is not included.
SM-BASIC SUPERMOTO WHEEL SET
Single-colored wheel rims, plus hubs and spoke nipples in your choice of colors. You select your motorcycle, model year, colors, and size, and we will custom-build the 17-inch wheel set to your specifications after your order. You can optionally select tires in the configurator.

- SM WORKS GLM wheel rims, CNC hubs, and aluminum nipples in your choice of colors, 4 mm stainless steel spokes
- Bearings and seals pre-installed, spacer bushings to match your model
- SM-BASIC KIT (see above)

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
Production takes up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and complete configuration. In case of unusually high demand, it may take longer – we will let you know if that happens. Tire mounting can add up to a week, as can shipping transit times. You can find details about the wheel set, the TÜV documentation, and installation in our SM-BASIC wheel set section.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT
Each wheel set is individually built for you based on your specifications for motorcycle, model year, sizes, and colors. As a custom-made product according to customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 No. 3 FAGG. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected, of course.

Welche Breiten für dein Modell verfügbar sind, siehst du direkt bei der Auswahl. Mit Reifensatz ist die passende Reifengröße zur gewählten Felgenbreite schon berücksichtigt.
Gewicht: Der Radsatz wiegt ca. 9,5 bis 11,5 kg ohne Reifen, Bremsscheiben und Kettenrad – je nach Felgengröße und Nabe.

Zu deinem Radsatz bekommst du die technischen Unterlagen für die Typisierung bzw. Eintragung – in Sonderfällen auch für eine Einzelabnahme. Drin sind unter anderem Material- und Festigkeitsnachweise, metallurgische Prüfberichte, Traglastdaten und Modellübersichten.
Ob eingetragen wird, entscheidet die Prüfstelle. Am besten sprichst du deinen Umbau vorher kurz mit ihr ab. Mehr dazu unter Eintragung & TÜV-Mappe.
MONTAGE
MONTAGE
Montiere Räder und Parts fachgerecht und zieh alle Schrauben und Achsmuttern mit den Anzugsmomenten laut Fahrzeughersteller (OEM) an. Neue Reifen und Bremsscheiben vorsichtig einfahren und nach den ersten Kilometern Luftdruck, Speichenspannung und Rundlauf kontrollieren.

Dein Radsatz wird nach deiner Bestellung für dich aufgebaut: bis zu 50 Werktage ab Zahlungseingang und vollständiger Konfiguration. Bei ungewöhnlich hoher Auslastung kann es auch mal länger dauern – dann melden wir uns bei dir. Mit Reifenmontage kann bis zu eine Woche dazukommen, die Paketlaufzeit ebenfalls.
EXPRESS PRODUCTION: Für 199 € extra pro Radsatz bekommt dein Radsatz Vorrang in der Fertigung und geht innerhalb von 4 Kalenderwochen raus – Reifenmontage inklusive. Wählbar direkt bei der Auswahl.

Jeder Radsatz wird nach deinen Angaben zu Motorrad, Baujahr, Größen, Farben und Extras einzeln für dich aufgebaut. Als Sonderanfertigung nach Kundenspezifikation ist er gemäß § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG vom Rücktrittsrecht ausgenommen. Deine gesetzliche Gewährleistung bleibt davon natürlich unberührt.
Die Zulässigkeit im Straßenverkehr hängt von Fahrzeug, Land und Eintragung ab.
