ADDITIONALLY, you will receive your new SM WORKS rim set fully assembled with fresh Michelin tires. Our tires are mounted by hand with a tube and are ready for you to use immediately! The SM-PRO KIT and a SM-PRO BRAKE DISC for the rear are included. What are you waiting for? We are READY TO RACE!

THE WHEEL SET CONSISTS OF:
SM WORKS CNC hubs made of high quality 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum.
SM WORKS rim rings made of high-quality 7050 T6 aircraft aluminum.
SM WORKS stainless steel spokes – 4mm reinforced in black.
SM WORKS spacers, bearings and seals.
SM WORKS spoke nipples made of lightweight aluminum.
OPTICS:
We anodize the rim ring , the hubs and the spoke nipples in your desired color ! This process takes durability to a new level.

Front & rear rim available in different sizes:
Front rim: 17" x 3.50
Rear rim: 17" x 4.25 / 17" x 4.50 / 17" x 5.00
INSTALLATION:
The wheelset is of course ready to use with the suitable spacers and the finished pressed-in bearings/seals for your axle diameter. Thanks to the precise and tailor-made processing for your model, installation is quick and easy.
PRODUCTION TIME:
The production time for your new SM-PRO ALL-IN-ONE SET is usually 20-50 working days . Please note that this is a guideline - in exceptional cases, production times may be shorter or longer , depending on special circumstances or increased order volume.

Welche Breiten für dein Modell verfügbar sind, siehst du direkt bei der Auswahl. Mit Reifensatz ist die passende Reifengröße zur gewählten Felgenbreite schon berücksichtigt.
Gewicht: Der Radsatz wiegt ca. 9,5 bis 11,5 kg ohne Reifen, Bremsscheiben und Kettenrad – je nach Felgengröße und Nabe.

Zu deinem Radsatz gibt's die SM WORKS TÜV-Mappe – zusammen mit den passenden Original-Teilegutachten von TÜV SÜD, GTÜ bzw. FAKT. Drin: ausfüllbares Konfigurationsblatt, technische Daten und Tachowert, Achsmaße, Bremskonfiguration, Einbauanleitung, Unbedenklichkeitserklärung und Zeichnungen.
Eingetragen wird in Österreich über die Landesregierung, in Deutschland per Änderungsabnahme beim TÜV, DEKRA oder GTÜ. Alle Infos unter Eintragung & TÜV-Mappe.
MONTAGE
MONTAGE
Montiere Räder und Parts fachgerecht und zieh alle Schrauben und Achsmuttern mit den Anzugsmomenten laut Fahrzeughersteller (OEM) an. Neue Reifen und Bremsscheiben vorsichtig einfahren und nach den ersten Kilometern Luftdruck, Speichenspannung und Rundlauf kontrollieren. Die ausführliche Einbauanleitung ist Teil der TÜV-Mappe.

PRODUKTION & LIEFERZEIT
PRODUKTION & LIEFERZEIT
Dein Radsatz wird nach deiner Bestellung für dich aufgebaut: bis zu 50 Werktage ab Zahlungseingang und vollständiger Konfiguration. Bei ungewöhnlich hoher Auslastung kann es auch mal länger dauern – dann melden wir uns bei dir. Mit Reifenmontage kann bis zu eine Woche dazukommen, die Paketlaufzeit ebenfalls.
EXPRESS PRODUCTION: Für 199 € extra pro Radsatz bekommt dein Radsatz Vorrang in der Fertigung und geht innerhalb von 4 Kalenderwochen raus – Reifenmontage inklusive. Wählbar direkt bei der Auswahl.

Jeder Radsatz wird nach deinen Angaben zu Motorrad, Baujahr, Größen, Farben und Extras einzeln für dich aufgebaut. Als Sonderanfertigung nach Kundenspezifikation ist er gemäß § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG vom Rücktrittsrecht ausgenommen. Deine gesetzliche Gewährleistung bleibt davon natürlich unberührt.
Die Zulässigkeit im Straßenverkehr hängt von Fahrzeug, Land und Eintragung ab.
