TM RACING SM-PRO PERFORMANCE SET

The complete supermoto setup in one order: SM-PRO wheel set with two-tone rim rings in a 50/50 design, hubs and spoke nipples in your desired colors, mounted tires, and the complete SM-PRO KIT. Everything is built and coordinated to match your motorcycle model and year after your order is placed.

The tire set is included in the package and comes pre-mounted. You simply choose the tire brand, whether you want heavy-duty tubes or tubeless, and if you would like them balanced.

INCLUDES SM-PRO KIT

All four parts, tailored to your motorcycle:

• SM WORKS RACING front brake disc, 320 mm
• Brake caliper adapter – allows you to use the 320 mm disc with your original brake caliper
• SM WORKS Two-Face sprocket – in your desired color, with 44, 45, 48, 50, 51, or 52 teeth
• Rear brake disc – 220, 240, or 245 mm, depending on what your motorcycle requires

You can see which widths are available for your model directly during selection. The matching tire size for the chosen rim width is already taken into account.

Weight: The wheel set itself weighs approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg without tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

SUITABLE FOR YOUR BIKE

Please provide your model and year of manufacture completely. If you have modified your fork, swingarm, axles, or brake system, please discuss the configuration with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. The product images show example configurations – the version delivered will be for your specific motorcycle.

SM WORKS TÜV FOLDER

You will receive the technical documents needed for type approval or registration with your wheel set – in special cases, this also applies to individual inspections. These include material and strength certificates, metallurgical test reports, load capacity data, and model overviews.

The testing authority decides whether registration will be granted. It is best to discuss your conversion with them beforehand. More information can be found at Registration & TÜV Folder.

INSTALLATION

Install the wheels, brake discs, adapters, and sprocket professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). Carefully break in new tires and brake discs and check tire pressure, spoke tension, and run-out after the first few kilometers. You can find tips at Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your set is built for you after your order is placed. The production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and completion of configuration. In times of unusually high demand, it may take longer – in that case, we will contact you. Tire mounting may add up to one week, and parcel shipping time is additional.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheel set, yours will be prioritized in production and shipped within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. All details at Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT

Each set is individually built for you according to your specifications regarding motorcycle, year, sizes, colors, tires, and gear ratio. As a custom-made product based on customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG. Your statutory warranty rights naturally remain unaffected. Road legality depends on the vehicle, country, and registration.
