YAMAHA SM-PRO RIM SET

Two-tone rim rings in a 50/50 design – that is the SM-PRO look. Choose hubs and spoke nipples in your desired colors to match. The 17-inch wheel set is built to order, tailored to your motorcycle model and year of manufacture.

The rim set comes without tires. In the configurator, you can optionally add tires – including mounting, heavy-duty inner tubes or tubeless setup, and balancing. Brake discs, brake caliper adapters, and sprocket are also available to match.

Weight: approx. 9.5 to 11.5 kg for the complete set without tires, brake discs, and sprocket – depending on rim size and hub.

MATCHING YOUR BIKE

Please provide the exact model and year of manufacture. If you have made modifications to the fork, swingarm, axles, or braking system, please discuss the configuration with us beforehand: support@smworks.at. Product images show example configurations – the version for your motorcycle will be delivered.

SM WORKS TÜV DOCUMENTATION

You will receive the technical documents needed for homologation or registration with your wheel set – in special cases, even for individual inspection. These include, among other things, material and strength certificates, metallurgical test reports, load data, and model overviews.

The testing authority decides whether registration is granted. It is best to discuss your modification with them beforehand. More information is available under Registration & TÜV Documentation.

ASSEMBLY

Mount the wheel set professionally and tighten all bolts and axle nuts to the torques specified by the vehicle manufacturer (OEM). Check spoke tension and trueness after the first few kilometers. You can find tips under Care, Maintenance & Rim Service.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Your wheel set is built for you after your order is placed. Production time is up to 50 working days from receipt of payment and complete configuration. In case of unusually high demand, it may take longer – we will notify you if that is the case. Tire mounting may add up to one week, plus parcel transit time.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION: For an extra €199 per wheel set, yours will be prioritized in production and shipped within 4 calendar weeks – tire mounting included. Full details under Production & Delivery Times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Each wheel set is individually built according to your specifications for motorcycle model, year, sizes, and colors. As a custom product made to customer specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 Z 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Act). Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Street legality depends on the vehicle, country, and official registration.
