The competition runs from

December 15, 2025 to and including December 28, 2025, 11:59 PM (CET) .

3. Eligibility to participate

The following are eligible to participate:

-natural persons aged 18 and over

-resident in the EU

-who place a valid order in the SM WORKS online shop under the category "XMAS DEALS" during the participation period

4. Participation in the prize draw

Important:

Participation in the prize draw is only possible through the purchase of selected, marked products .

Products participating in giveaways are clearly marked in the online shop with the following note:

“+ 1x FREE GIVEAWAY LOT”

Only these marked products qualify for participation.

Giveaway tickets:

-For every "XMAS DEAL" order, 1 (one) giveaway ticket will be awarded.

Participation without purchase is not possible.

5. Cancellation & Return

Participation in the competition does not constitute an independent part of the contract .

Therefore:

If an order is cancelled or returned , the associated giveaway entry is automatically forfeited.

-Cancellation solely due to not winning a participation is excluded.

-Participation in the giveaway does not create any additional right of withdrawal, cancellation or return.

The online shop's standard cancellation policy applies.

Use in public road traffic is expressly at your own risk .

SM WORKS accepts no liability for:

-Entries

-Types

-Acceptance by testing bodies

-official permits

8. Determining the winner & notifying the winner

The winners will be determined by random draw after the competition has ended .

The notification will be sent:

-via email to the address provided during the ordering process

or

-via social media (if contact is possible)

If a winner does not respond within 3 days , a new winner will be drawn.
