The Moto-Master Flame Supermoto Racing Kit with RMC combines the most important components of your front supermoto braking system into one coordinated set. For a crisp pressure point, precise modulation, and a high-performance setup on the racetrack.

This version includes the RMC radial master cylinder with a 12 mm piston. The master cylinder is included in the base price.

• Flame Supermoto Racing brake disc in 300 or 320 mm – depending on the vehicle and selected version.
• 5 mm disc thickness for the thermal demands of supermoto racing.
• SMR 4-piston brake caliper made from machined aluminum.
• Matching racing brake caliper adapter and stainless steel braided brake line.
• SinterPro Racing GP brake pads.

RMC RADIAL MASTER CYLINDER

The RMC features a forged lever as well as a forged base plate and a forged cylinder. The adjustable lever position allows you to adapt the reach to your hand. The external brake fluid reservoir and the 12 mm version designed for supermoto round off your racing setup.

SUITABLE FOR YOUR BIKE

Model, year of manufacture, disc size, and the version with or without headlight mask determine the appropriate kit configuration. The specifications must be confirmed before ordering. If you have any questions, SM WORKS will help you with your selection.

Important: The 5 mm racing brake disc is not intended for the standard OEM brake caliper. Use the SMR brake caliper and the matching adapter included in the kit. A brake light switch is not included in the described scope of delivery and must be selected separately if required.

INSTALLATION & DOCUMENTATION

Installation and bleeding must be carried out professionally in accordance with Moto-Master instructions. Available ABE and TÜV documents depend on the components and the vehicle. Whether your complete conversion is covered by the documents or requires an additional inspection depends on the vehicle, the combination, and the country of use.
