The Moto-Master Flame Supermoto Racing Kit with RMC-R combines the most important components of your front supermoto brake system into one perfectly matched set. For a crisp pressure point, precise modulation, and a high-performance setup on the racetrack.

This version includes the RMC-R radial master cylinder with a 12 mm piston. The master cylinder is included in the base price.

• Flame Supermoto Racing brake disc in 300 or 320 mm – depending on the vehicle and chosen version.
• 5 mm disc thickness for the thermal demands of supermoto racing.
• SMR 4-piston brake caliper made of CNC-machined aluminum.
• Matching racing brake caliper adapter and stainless steel braided brake line.
• SinterPro Racing GP brake pads.

RMC-R CNC RADIAL MASTER CYLINDER

For your high-end CNC setup: The body, components, and lever of the RMC-R are CNC-machined from aluminum. Reach and lever free-play are adjustable. The low-friction lever pivot ensures precise feedback; the external brake fluid reservoir and the 12 mm piston are designed specifically for supermoto applications.

SUITABLE FOR YOUR BIKE

The model, year of manufacture, disc size, and the version with or without a headlight mask determine the appropriate kit configuration. The allocation must be confirmed before ordering. If you have any questions, SM WORKS will help you with the selection.

Important: The 5 mm racing brake disc is not intended for the stock OEM brake caliper. Use the SMR brake caliper and the matching adapter included in the kit. A brake light switch is not included in the scope of delivery described and must be selected separately if required.

INSTALLATION & DOCUMENTS

Installation and bleeding must be carried out professionally according to the Moto-Master instructions. Available ABE and TÜV documents are component- and vehicle-dependent. Whether your complete conversion is covered by these documents or requires additional approval depends on the vehicle, the combination, and the country of use.
